Overall review:
We find Smart Data Recovery to be a good program for rush data recovery uses, for novice users, and for a simple affordable program to attempt a recovery of semi-critical files. The publisher fully acknowledges the software is catered toward the home-user and as such requires few (almost no) advanced computing skills to operate.
The support network beyond that of the "?" help command is very limited, as there is little if no online support network built up for this file recovery software.
That being said, if you are looking for a simple, affordable data recovery software solution this software may be right for you.
