Evaluation of your device: $79
Includes: Free pickkup of your device from anywhere in our immediate service area. Comprehensive evaluation of your hard drive, computer, or storage card. We will provide a report that details which files we are able to recover and the methods of recovery needed to restore your files. We will also provide a full estimate up front of the total cost to recover your files. WE NEVER HOLD OUR CLIENT’S DATA HOSTAGE - we will return your device if you decide not to proceed in the same condition we received it unlike many online “bargain” data recovery companies.
Data Recovery Services: $379 - $2199
Includes: Recovery of your files - transfer of your files to a new hard drive. In many cases, we can recover your files by imaging your disk outside of a clean room environment where data recovery costs are significantly lower. Where there is physical damage to the interior components of your hard drive we must open your hard drive in our class 100 clean environment (now called ISO 5).
Hard Drive: $120 - $450
Includes: 160 GB - 1 TB USB/ eSATA hard drive. Cost will be dependant upon which size hard drive you need to accomodate
your data. In most recovery cases, you should expect a new hard drive as part of the recovery cost. Many companies fail to
mention these costs - we feel it is fair to mention up front.
Computer Forensics Services
Computer Forensics: $250 per hour ($350 per hour rush) + std. mileage
Common computer forensic requests: 1) Analyze computer systems belonging to defendants (criminal cases) or litigants (civil cases). 2) Analyze a system after a hacker attack or break-in to determine if data has been compromised. 3) Gain evidence or perform an investigation on an employee. 4) Reverse-engineer possible hacker attacks.
A common question we receive is “why is it so expensive?” In computer investigations, maintaining the device in the exact condition we receive it is critical to protect any evidence needed for court or employee misconduct cases. Even one small change to the hard drive often presents great challenges to the legal case. We utilize precision disk imaging so that we are able to work on an exact copy of the hard drive - in all reality this is very similar to the process we utilize to perform a data recovery.

Warranty/Refunds
The $79 evaluation fee is non-refundable. It provides compensation for the time we spend diagnosing your problem. Due to the nature of our services, this fee is non-refundable.
The data recovery fee will be clearly outlined in a written agreement, along with all costs outlined. The only costs that tend to vary after the conclusion of your data recovery project are shipping - we will bill you exactly what FedEx bills us to ship you your device back - we don't mark up shipping in any way.
Data recovered and delivered becomes your data, and as such we will offer no refunds once the data has been delivered. Should an issue arise, or you are unable to determine how to integrate your recovered data back into your system, we will be happy to assist to get you up and running quickly.
